Getting started
How long until my site is live?
Usually within a week. We build from a polished template and your listings, you review, and we launch.
Who designs and builds my site?
We do. Our team designs your site, loads your first listings, and launches it. You never touch code or hire a developer.
Can I review the site before it goes live?
Always. We build a draft and share it on a private link, and we only launch once you are happy with it.
Running your site
Do I have to manage two systems?
No. You manage your properties once in Closio and the website updates itself. There is no separate website admin to learn.
Do I need technical skills?
None. We handle the build, the domain, hosting, and maintenance. You just add and edit listings in a simple screen.
Can I edit the site myself later?
Yes. You manage listings, prices, and photos yourself in Closio, anytime. For design tweaks, just message us, updates are included.
How many listings and pages can I have?
As many as you need. There is no cap on listings or pages, and the site stays fast no matter how many properties you add.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We connect your domain (like agensianda.com), or help you register one, so the site is fully yours.
Will my site be fast and found on Google?
Yes. Every site is built mobile-first, loads fast, and ships with SEO so buyers Googling your area find you instead of a portal.
What about hosting, security, and backups?
All handled. We host the site, secure it with HTTPS, back it up, and take care of every technical update.
Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?
Rp 800K per month, with no setup fee. Pay yearly and get two months free (about Rp 8M a year).
Is there really no setup fee, and can I cancel?
Yes, no setup fee. You pay monthly, or yearly for two months free, and you can cancel anytime. No lock-in contract.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Your listings live in Closio and you can export them whenever you want. We never hold your data hostage.
Growing with Closio
What if I want a CRM or AI later?
Your listings already live in Closio, so turning on Closio CRM (leads, pipeline) or the AI agent is a setting, not a migration.
