What counts as one conversation?

One conversation is a 24-hour session with one unique prospect. No matter how many messages exchanged, 1 session = 1 conversation. If the same prospect messages again after 24h, that starts a new conversation.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Yes you'll need a WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp Business API number. We help you set it up during onboarding (about 24 hours).

Can my team take over a conversation?

Anytime. Closio AI hands off automatically when a lead is hot, but your team can also jump into any conversation at any moment from the Closio dashboard.

Will the AI sound like a robot?

No. Closio AI is trained on Indonesian real estate conversations and uses natural Bahasa with the right tone "kak", "gan", emojis where appropriate. Prospects often don't realize they're chatting with AI.

What about leads from Instagram or Facebook?

Closio AI today focuses on WhatsApp the dominant channel in Indonesia. Instagram and Facebook integration are on the roadmap as part of the full Closio CRM platform.
